Le Domaine des Pins is the first P&Co's award-winning Residential Development scheme – awarded Best French Development 2004 at the Bentley International Property Awards. Remarkably situated on a vineyard overseeing the small village of Durban in the Corbieres region of the Languedoc. All the residences were constructed using traditional materials and craftsmanship to blend with ancient and contemporary to shape a spectacular effect. Each features according to traditional Mediterranean façades with wooden shutters, natural stone walls, and high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and floor-to-ceiling French doors which open out to the gardens beyond.
