The Abbey of Sainte-Croix, an ancient Roman abbey in the heart of a 20-hectare property, dominates Salon-de-Provence and enjoys an exceptional panorama from the Sainte-Victoire mountain to the Crau (83).
At first a family residence of the Bossard family (Bossard Consultants and then Cap Gemini Group), it was transformed into a hotel after lengthy restoration works. It opened in 1973 and became a Relais & Châteaux in 1977. Bought in 2010 by Propriétés & Co, the hotel is managed by the Garrigae Resorts hotel group. An extension with more suites, a spa and villas are under study.
