Renovation and transformation of a 17th century ruined convent into a Boutique Hotel in the heart of the Haut Languedoc National Park. The luxurious apartments are complemented by a superb spa under the vaults, a wine bar, lounges and gardens. The convent was restored in 2007, respecting its history and environment and preserving its soul.
That same year it was voted the best small hotel in France by the Sunday Times and subsequently ranked among the 50 best hotels in the world. The location and the singular character of the place attract each year many visitors for our greatest pleasure.
