Miguel has 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Development & Resort industry, currently main investor & developer of Port Marseillan.
Construction Director, graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, Engineer in Building and Public Works, has been working for 22 years in the construction of buildings of all types, first for structural or TCE companies (GTM, Vinci), then in Master of Execution and then in Project Management. He has carried out public equipment projects (music conservatory, EHPAD...), as well as industrial buildings (Airbus, Pierre Fabre), or commercial buildings (Leclerc, Polygone Riviera, Polygone Montpellier).
In charge of real estate sales within the Propriétés & Co group, Yves holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Markets from Saint Joseph University in Beirut (Lebanon). He worked at BLOM BANK SAL for 18 years. First as a Client Advisor (2004-2010), then as Deputy Branch Manager (2010-2014) before becoming Branch Manager of Byblos Branch (2014-2022) where he managed a team of 20 people and a portfolio of 150m USD.
Following the Lebanese financial crisis, Yves left Lebanon to settle in the South of France with his family.
Office manager, based in our Headquarters in Pezenas, Mylene brings her organisational and administrative skills to oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our office, organising our people, managing information and other resources. Mylene also acts as Executive Assistant to support our executive team.
Senior Advisor Architecture & Masterplanning, Joan is based in our Barcelona office. He has over 30 years of experience in Resorts and theme parks. Prior to joining our group, Joan was partner at Global Estudios, a leading planning group in Europe for Tourism & Leisure projects. He is also founder & Principal of Slow Life architects, specialized in the creation of destination resorts, as well as leisure & commercial projects.
